Reviews about the Bead Market shows

In my humble opinion, the Bead Market Show held in Stafford, Texas on June 2 - 3, 2007 was absolutely perfect! I cannot rave enough! Not only were there plenty of strands, findings, and beautifully custom finished products to choose from (not manufactured), there were booths with incredible wire-work and lampwork expertise. Everyone I spoke with was polite and in good spirits. The show was neither too big, nor too small. With the benefit of carpet to walk on, low noise levels, and just enough to keep one entertained, this show was just right. Free parking and free admission were a wonderful draw. I look forward with anticipation to the next show, and will continue to coax for an additional show down in Pasadena!

I just wanted to say I really enjoyed the Houston Bead Market. Have you considered making it a 3-day show? I would have loved to take more jewelry making classes and have more time to shop. Jelcy is a wonderful instructor with easy to follow instructions for beginner to advanced! Jelcy was by far the best instructor for a bead project that I've ever experienced. Her instructions were easy to follow and she managed to keep the class together even though there was a mix of beginner to advanced students. I wish she was in Houston more than just once a year! What a great find at The Houston Bead Market!

I went to the bead show in San Antonio recently and went absolutely crazy!!! I kept calling my husband on the cell phone to put more money in my debit account!! If that wasn't bad enough, I came back on Sunday for day 2.
